Strategic Objectives 

To deliver on our vision, the Office of the Small Business Commissioner (OSBC) has four strategic objectives that underpin its work and drive the outcomes it is looking to achieve. These objectives are evidence based and designed to address the key drivers of late payment, long contractual payment times and unfair payment practices. They include: 

  1. Improving large business understanding and approach to payments   
  2. Improving small business capability 
  3. Raising awareness and access to support
  4. Increasing digital adoption
