Knotweed Control Ltd are a small business with less than 50 employees supplying a bespoke service to destroy and control knotweed within the South Wales region.

Knotweed Control Ltd contacted the Office of the Small Business Commissioner after reading an article about the services they offered, in Wales News.

A formal complaint was made after being continually subjected to late and non payment from their contractor – a large business, that was not adhering to the agreed payment terms implemented by Knotweed Control Ltd.

With assistance from the Office of the Small Business Commissioner, a negotiation was made and full payment of all outstanding invoices including interest charged for late payment was obtained
